THE UGLY DUCKLING
Drew Colby, Finger and Thumb Theatre, is the only professional hand shadow puppeteer in Britain and an internationally
recognised artist. He has paired up with cellist Penny Callow and has created a spellbinding, poetic and funny interpretation
of the Hans Christian Andersen classic “The Ugly Duckling”. Everyday objects including plastic spoons and kitchen colanders become beautiful landscapes and shimmering fish; combined with, live music and breath-taking hand shadows this is a magical hour long show for the whole family with laughs and a few surprises The show features specially composed music and recorded soundscapes.
